In my 51st episode we are diving deep into effective business insights! Want to learn how to grow your community? Want to learn practical techniques to reach and retain your target audience? I’m giving you 4 tips on how to focus on growing your business.
Tip 1: Create a vision. The key is to first have a plan that you can execute. Know where you are going and what your end goal is. You need to have a clear vision in order to start creating your strategy to achieve it.
Tip 2: Be collaborative. In order for a business to be successful, it needs great talent. Not just one, but the talent of many. Surround yourself with like-minded and creative people who have the same goals as you. When you’ve got a team that respects the work you do and how you treat them, your opportunities for growth are endless!
Tip 3: Take calculated risks. Every business move is a strategy move towards your end goal. Small business expansion is not without risk! Get out of your comfort zone and proactively take action steps towards that goal. But don’t forget to test those steps along the way to make sure they are effective and getting the proper message across.
Tip 4: Say no effectively. No one can do everything. Saying no is like learning a new skill. It’s hard to do. Don’t beat around the bush. Just say no very clearly. As Warren Buffett says, “The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say no to almost everything.”
